I think the answer is yes. So I am creating this site as a proof of concept.
The idea would be to:
(1) link to all the major sites with information on KS sped.
(2) include a google search feature that will search all of the linked websites.
(3) embed any RSS feeds provided by the sites
(4) give an email to post address to each organization so they can post information about their activities
